In February, 2008, YMF musicians once again appeared on the live Grammy telecast, performing alongside the Foo Fighters, in an orchestra conducted by Sir John Paul Jones. In previous years, the Foundation provided soloists and young musicians to appear alongside recording artist Kelly Clarkson.

   I had the opportunity to play for this exciting event. I have always wondered if it would be possible to get a copy of the photo(s) taken by the photographer for the LA Times, I believe it was. There was a photographer there who took wonderful photos of the orchestra with the band after our rehearsal at the Nokia Theater. Please let me know if there is any way of retrieving these photos.
