Drew Talley is a freelance percussionist and music educator currently residing in the Los Angeles area. Despite being new to the area, he has already performed with the Brentwood Symphony, Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra, Kaleidoscope Chamber Orchestra, and the Crown City Symphony. In 2015, he was selected for the Future Session's Players Clinic which took place on the Barbra Streisand Scoring Stage at Sony Studios. In addition to symphonic performances, Drew has also been hired as a pit musician for the Kentwood Players, Encore Entertainers, Monrovia Light Opera, and UCLA. As an educator, Drew maintains a private studio of students ranging from age six to adult. In addition to his private studio, Drew has been a Teaching Artist with the Young Musicians Foundation since 2015. Mr. Talley holds a M.M in Percussion Performance from Carnegie Mellon University, and a B.A in Music Performance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
